Shipping policy

PRE-ORDERS:

PRE-ORDER will have a set specific time where the customer will be notified when their orders will ship. Most Pre-order releases will run for about 7-14 days. Orders should start shipping a week after official release.

 

STANDARD ORDERS:

Products that are available in stock usually ship within 3-5 business days after order has been placed. Please understand that this is a small family-owned business. We take the pride in making sure everything is accurate and of the highest quality service. 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Thank you for placing a custom order with LOVE KAY. We look forward to producing the best results for you!

ETA: All custom orders take about 5 to 7 full business days to complete & ship. We will send a mock up prior to production in order for you to approve. These are 100% done in-house & by hand. 

After approval: 

- We start prepping labels & fabrics. (Cut & Sew)

- Production 24 hours (Apply & Bond)

- QA 1-2 days (Cure & Inspection)

- Shipped Free!

SHIPPING SERVICE: 

We only use USPS Priority Mail & First Class to ensure the highest quality attention to each order. As a small service fee; each order has a $4.00 pick & pack fee added. We thank you for supporting this growing business!
